The hotel's location is brilliant, overlooking Blytheswood Square, a lovely park with a small enclosed seating area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a smart TV with Bluetooth and projection options. However, my bed was broken upon arrival. The service was beyond helpful and friendly, with staff paying attention to every detail. The dining experience was very good and the facility offered valet parking. It was noisy due to city center location.

The hotel offers spacious and wonderfully appointed rooms with direct access to the spa, but noise from outside can be disruptive at times. The location is central and convenient, overlooking a lovely park. However, the dining experience was inconsistent, and the spa overcharges past off-peak hours.

The hotel's rooms were modern and bright, though the enormous chandeliers could be toned down a bit. Overall, the decor was very comfortable, and my room overlooked the quiet side street, despite being next to the noisy laundry room on the ground floor. The early morning street noise was a downside for a peaceful rest.

The hotel's location was very pleasant, providing a rural feel near the city center. However, the misrepresented 'balcony' disappointed as it was just an enclosed outdoor space without any views.

The hotel had a misleading room size compared to online pictures, with the sofa uncomfortably close to the TV. However, the service was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The location was of good standard, between 6 and 9 in the evening. The dining experience was below average, and the price was high for the value.

The hotel is located in a nicer area of Glasgow, but it's poorly situated right beside the lift and under the temporary bar. The proximity to the main thoroughfare to many other rooms can be disruptive, especially on Mondays.

Rooms

The room was right beside the lift and under the temporary bar, which may not be ideal for a quiet stay. However, the location in a nicer area of Glasgow was a plus.
Service

The staff were kind enough to place the birthday balloons in the room and were friendly.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, within walking distance to the shopping area, coffee shops, and restaurants. Being near the city center and closed to traffic after 11 pm is convenient.
Dining

The dining experience was mixed. While the breakfast was one of the best we've had with plenty to choose from, it was disappointing to pay extra on top of the booking for services not included.
Facilities
The hotel offers easy access to town and Finnieston, making it convenient for exploring Glasgow.

The hotel has a fantastic city center location near shops and attractions, overlooking beautiful square gardens with good background music. The rooms, although dark and dusty, offer a lovely bathroom experience. The service was friendly but somewhat slow. The dining options were great, with a standout offering of pancakes. Overall, a perfect weekend retreat in the heart of the city.
